I’m Cori Allan, a real estate broker with Keller Williams Seattle Metro West. Burien and West Seattle are my core, and I also help buyers and sellers across Central, South and North Seattle, plus White Center, Normandy Park, Des Moines and Auburn.

Before you make an offer, I’ll help you understand what the repairs will likely cost, whether the lot could support an ADU, and where the renovation potential is. If you’re selling, I’ll tell you which updates are worth the money and which aren’t. You don’t have to fix everything to sell.
I own and manage rentals and run furnished housing, so I know house hacking, investment properties and 1031 exchanges from the owner’s side, not just the agent’s side. If you’re weighing whether a property can pay for itself, I’ll give you a straight answer, even when it’s no.
I work with first-time buyers, growing families who need more room, and people downsizing or handling a parent’s or inherited home. I explain each step in plain English, negotiate hard, and tell you what you need to hear, even when it’s not what you want to hear.
